The person behind the pages

Mount Holly Web Design Co. is a Mooresville Marketing company. The owner, Roger Johnson, works out of Mooresville, NC, up in Iredell County. Nobody gets passed along here: whoever picks up your first call is also the one writing your site's code.

What Roger does himself

Pretty much all of it. He studies your current site and Google listing, puts the price on paper, builds the pages, and is still the one you text months after launch. You won't be handed to a project coordinator or a junior designer halfway through.

• Hand-written pages, never a theme or a drag-and-drop builder.
• Straight talk, including when a quick repair beats a rebuild.
• You hold the keys: domain, Google listing, Search Console and Analytics are all registered to you.
• Reviews come from real customers only, and nobody here guarantees a ranking.

The honest distance

Plenty of firms fake a local presence with a rented mailbox. We'd rather tell you the truth: Mooresville sits about 30 miles from Mount Holly, a drive of roughly 45 minutes. Most projects run smoothly over calls, email and screen sharing, and if sitting down together would move things along, Roger gets in the car.

We also like the kind of town Mount Holly is. It grew up around a river and its mills. The Mount Holly Cotton Mill of 1875 gave the place its name, the Woodlawn Mill was the first in Gaston County with electric power, and the downtown historic district is still lined with brick storefronts from the late 1800s onward. It's a town where people know the owners, and that's exactly the kind of business we like working with.
